I remember when I first heard of Just Answer. I was just starting out in IT and learning all I could about the inner workings of the PC. For a small fee, I could get expert PC help on the spot. The online service would assess my need and connect me to a technician for help.
It has been a few years since that first encounter and when I recently saw their name come up in a search, I clicked to their website to see the services.
So much has changed
Now Just Answer has experts for all kinds of appliances, home care and still PC and MAC service. It is still a bargain to get an expert’s help and solve a problem.
I was pleased to see the “Ask a Doctor” and “Ask a Lawyer on Call” services. This is so important for those of us who would love to get the opinion of a legal or medical expert without the hassle of going into an office.
